Claudia received her MSc degree in Biotechnology (applied Molecular Biology) from the University of Aberdeen. During her studies she worked on canine Adipocyte Derived Stem Cell transcriptomic and proteomic analysis, during their long-term in vitro culture and induced differentiation at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. After her studies she worked in the private sector on the development of alternative metabolic pathways in alcoholic fermentation in processes using metabolic carbon dioxide as a carbon source. In October 2022, Claudia joined the STOP lab to study the crosstalk of 3′ processing and transcription termination in alternative polyadenylation.
