Bartłomiej is a scientist on the last stage of PhD studies. In his research he’s focused on the structure-dynamic-function relationships in proteins including reaction mechanisms and ligand/water transport phenomena. In daily work, he uses molecular dynamics and hybrid quantum mechanics/molecular mechanics methods to study a potential of quorum quenching enzymes as an alternative for conventional antibiotics. Additionally, he is broadening his skills towards machine learning and deep learning models to follow current trends in computational biology and structural bioinformatics.
