Katarzyna Voelkel, MSc, Lab manager

Katarzyna graduated with a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the Faculty of Biology of the Adam Mickiewicz University. She began her adventure with molecular biology at the Institute of Human Genetics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznan in the Team investigating primary ciliary dyskinesia disease. Currently, as a Lab Manager, in an international group of scientists, she supports their start and integration into the Polish realities of university and administrative life. Her scientific interests are related to the overexpression of modified enzyme proteins based on models developed by members of the Team.
