Wojtek graduated from the Adam Mickiewicz University with a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and started PhD studies in 2019. He investigates the relationship between transcription and meiotic recombination in Arabidopsis. Additionally, he is interested in how epigenetic mechanisms and factors influence expression of genes related to heat stress. In his free-time he enjoys reading biological and historical books.
