Krzysztof completed his master’s studies in biology, with a specialization in molecular biology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. His undergraduate research concerned the effect of temperature on the amoeba Acanthamoeba castellanii‘s aerobic metabolism. Currently, he continues research in the field of bioenergetics at the Adam Mickiewicz University Doctoral School, where he studies the effect of statins used in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia on the oxidative metabolism of brain cells.
