I received my BSc degree in Biomedical Science from De Montfort University in the United Kingdom and my MSc degree in Biotechnology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. My Msc research concerned binding of KhpA and KhpB proteins from Streptococcus pneumoniae to various bacterial RNA molecules. In my PhD project I plan to identify RNA sequence and structure motifs bound by those proteins and further analyse how they bind different RNAs.
