My research is focus on molecular biology of a cell. I am using advanced microscopy imaging, as well as biological data analysis, and basic molecular lab methods.

I did PhD under supervision of prof. Przemysław Wojtaszek. The PhD thesis was concerning functions of proteins complex – gamma-secretase, in plants cells.

Next, I was post-doc in two projects: interdisciplinary, that mix biology with robotics and architecture. The second project was a bioinformatic in prof. Izabela Makałowska lab (AMU), and it was concerning expression of genes that overlap on 5’ ends.
