Katarzyna received her Engineer and MSc degree in biotechnology from the Poznań University of Life Sciences. She then started working in the Department of Experimental Anaesthesiology at Poznań University of Medical Sciences where she did her PhD supervised by dr hab. Hanna Billert. Her research focused on the effects of local anaesthetics on cord blood and adult human neutrophils. In 2020 Katarzyna joined Developmental Epigenetics Lab where she supports the lab’s research. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and gardening.
