Alisha is a plant molecular biologist. She finished her under and post-graduate studies in biotechnology at Panjab University in India. After finishing her post-graduate studies, she worked as a research fellow in the field of Agri-food biotechnology and Genetics. Currently, she is enrolled as a PhD student at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Her PhD project concerns uncovering the role of SPL3 and SPL4 transcription factors from Marchantia polymorpha, an emerging model plant system.
