Katarzyna is plant molecular biologist. She did her PhD in Institute of Plant Genetics, PAS in Poznań. She did her first long postdoc at Perpignan University in Prof. Manuel Echevarria group on small nucleolar RNAs. Then she did her second long-term postdoc at Warsaw University in Prof. Joanna Kufel group in the field of mRNA splicing and degradation. Her main focus is minor spliceosome (U12) function in response to stress conditions in plants.
