Sebastian is doing his master thesis “The role of NFIB transcription factor in human pluripotent stem cell differentiation toward endocrine pancreas” in the Department of Gene Expression at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Currently, he works as a technician-researcher in the RNA Biochemistry Laboratory and is a member of Dr. Savani Anbalagan’s team studying the role of glial pituicytes using zebrafish as a vertebrate model organism. In his free time, he hikes mountain trails and looks for new places for future travels.
